Terms & Conditions

General Info: 

  • Orders are shipped from USA.
  • All items are pre-order items, including the digital items. They may take 2-4 months to be produced, and will be shipped after. Dates may be subject to change; please check our social media.
  • All digital orders will be sent out after all physical orders have been shipped.
  • All orders come with tracking numbers. Tracking is covered domestically, and may be limited internationally depending on your country's postal service.

 

Buyer Agreement: 

  • Reselling or redistributing these items are not permitted; they are for personal use only.
  • Once the item leaves our shipping mod's hands, we are no longer responsible for it.
  • We are not responsible for any customs, import, or VAT fees imposed on the package.
  • We can't ship to any suspended locations listed here.
  • UK/EU Buyers: You are responsible for VAT for your items. 
  • Russia/Ukraine Buyers: Unfortunately we cannot ship to these locations. 

 

Group Orders:

  • We will allow Group Orders. Please join GOs at your own risk! We also cannot guarantee cheaper shipping through GOs.
  • We are not responsible for the Group Orders after they have left the hands of our shipping mod, as they will be handled by the Group Order Managers.
  • If you're a GOM and will buy 3 or less physical bundles, please buy directly from the shop.
  • If you're a GOM and will buy 4 or more bundles from us, please DM us or email us as soon as possible so we can get you sorted.

Refund Policy:

  • We cannot make any refunds after Preorder closes.
  • We cannot refund packages unless the mods have made a mistake with the address and the buyer has not received it (i.e. the address given does not match up with the address used to mail the package).
  • Please make sure you have the right address! We're not responsible for shipping to the wrong address if that is what you've written down.
  • We cannot refund for packages damaged during shipping or after use. We recommend you upgrade to a box to help protect the book and add insurance so we can try our best to help if any issues come up.
  • If items are missing, please email us with a video of you opening the package and looking through the items, and we will try our best to resend the missing items if we have stock.
  • Unclaimed/undelivered packages: We unfortunately cannot be responsible for these. If the package gets returned to us, we can reship them if the buyer covers the shipping costs.
